At Kent Island Jewelry, we are committed to the quality of our jewelry and to providing ongoing care to help maintain its beauty over time.

Limited Warranty

We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

If an issue is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item as deemed appropriate at our discretion.

What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in craftsmanship

• Setting issues present at the time of purchase

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or metal wear

• Worn, bent, or thinning prongs over time

• Damage from accidental impact, misuse, or improper care

• Loss or theft of jewelry or gemstones

• Center stone damage (including chips or breakage)

• Repairs or alterations performed by another jeweler

Complimentary Care Services

As part of our commitment to your jewelry, we are pleased to offer:

• Professional cleaning and inspection at no charge

• Basic stone tightening, when no damage is present

These services are offered as a courtesy and may be adjusted or declined based on the condition of the piece.

Maintenance Recommendations

We recommend bringing your jewelry in periodically for inspection and cleaning to help identify normal wear and maintain the integrity of the setting.

Regular maintenance helps reduce the risk of stone loss or damage.

Repair Services

Should your jewelry require repair outside of warranty coverage, we are happy to assist. All non-warranty work will be quoted prior to service.

Additional Protection

We strongly recommend obtaining independent jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage.

General Conditions

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser

• Proof of purchase may be required

• All warranty and service determinations are made at the sole discretion of Kent Island Jewlery

Return Policy

We are grateful that you chose Kent Island Jewelry and hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange under the guidelines below.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Merchandise that is manufacturer defective is eligible for return.

• Custom, engraved, personalized, resized, or altered items are final sale unless deemed defective.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 10 days of delivery and will be issued to the original form of payment.

• Returns made after 10 days may be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.

• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipping date.

Holiday Return Extension

For purchases made during the December holiday season, we extend the return and exchange period through January 24th.

Exchanges

You may choose to exchange your item for another size, style, or different item entirely, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

• The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund or applied to your balance if you choose an exchange.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• In certain circumstances, a return may not qualify for a prepaid return label. If this applies, the purchaser will be responsible for return shipping using a carrier of their choice. We will notify you if this situation applies to your return.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for inspection, approval, and processing.
