Most center diamonds are graded by reputable laboratories such as GIA or IGI. Certification details are listed on each product page when available.

Yes. We provide professional jewelry appraisals for insurance, estate planning, and personal records. Appraisals are completed by appointment.

Custom Design

Yes, custom design is one of our specialties. From redesigning heirloom pieces to creating something entirely new, our on-site jeweler works closely with you through every step of the process.

Absolutely. We love giving new life to sentimental pieces. Gold, diamonds, and gemstones from your existing jewelry can often be reused or repurposed into a new design.

Most custom projects take 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity. Timelines will be discussed and confirmed before work begins.

Repairs & Services

Yes. We have a master jeweler on-site, allowing us to perform most repairs in-house for better quality control and faster turnaround.

We offer ring sizing, prong repair, stone setting, chain repair, rhodium plating, engraving, clasp replacement, and more.

Yes. We offer secure mail-in repair services for clients who are not local. Instructions are provided on our website, and all items are fully documented upon arrival.
