Once our employees examine the jewelry and determine the problem, we will provide an approximate cost and time needed for the repair.
This question refers to rolling the shank of the ring. We do not use the rollup method. Our jewelers cut the shank and add gold to size. This ensures the integrity of the shank and doesn't thin out the ring.
We recommend our customers stop in approximately every 3 months to have the prongs checked for wear, loose stones, and broken or cracked prongs. We will provide cleaning services after the inspection
Jewelry checking and cleaning are two of our free services.
