What makes a "Special Order?"
The easiest way to say it is if our vendors will not allow an item to be returned, it is considered a "Special Order." If a particular ring comes in Size 6, but we order a size 8, we may not be able to return it. If you order a wedding band, and ask to have a date engraved inside the shank, we can no longer return it. These are examples of "Special Orders."Contact us for more information.
Many items in our store which we call "In Stock" are available as "Special Orders." So, if you have a special request, we can oblige; however, "Special Orders" will require a deposit of 1/3 the price of the item with the balance due upon delivery.
