I had my engagement ring reset in a custom designed setting created by Patty, purchased several pairs of earrings, had my jewelry appraised there for insurance purposes, purchased Diamond Stud earrings and one of a kind beautiful custom designed Quartz pendant ! Kent Island Jewelry is such a welcoming place...no matter if you are buying a $8.00 watch battery (which they will install), a $5,000 diamond ring or just dropping in for a fun visit! Patty and her staff have helped me repurpose my older jewelry and , of course I have added to my collection from the beautiful pieces in the show cases. The repairs are expertly done...I trust them completely. The new location is lovely and has great parking spaces!!

We came in two days before Christmas and asked the impossible - a custom order. After two jewelry stores told us no, Patty at Kent Island Jewelry told us yes and they delivered on their promise. The jeweler worked on Christmas Eve to accommodate our request and called us after the store had already closed to let us know it was done. Lisa and Patty are extremely helpful and knowledgeable (e.g. adjustments for comfort, sizing, proper repairs). Their prices are very competitive and they have a large selection. There is never any pressure. I just feel like I get excellent quality, great service, and fair prices whenever I go.
