Jewelry Appraisals - FAQ's

1. How long does a "while you wait" appraisal take?

Ken requests an allowance of 30 minutes per piece of jewelry; however, the item must be thoroughly cleaned prior to the appraisal. Please allot 15 minutes for each item to be cleaned.

2. Can I just drop my jewelry off with Ken and pick it up an hour later?

Yes. You are welcome to do this; however, you will still need to schedule a time slot with him for your items.

3. What if I do not have time to come in during the week?

If you have scheduled an appointment but are unable to come the date You are always welcome to drop off jewelry for appraisal and will be given a receipt for the items. Once your appraisal is completed, we will call you and advise your jewelry is ready for pick up. If you prefer to wait while the appraisal is done, we will be happy to accommodate you.

4. How much do Appraisals cost?

Appraisals cost $125.00 for the first item and $65.00 for all additional items being appraised.
All diamonds over 1.25ct will be an additional charge.

5. Do Earrings count as one item or two?

Earrings count as only one set!
